This recipe is the only thing that goes with anything:
bacon,sandwiches,steaks,frenchfries,hotdogs,nachos,bakedpotatoes,chips,friedchicken,icecream,
carrots,shrimp,,pizza,chocolate,strawberries,broccoli,toast,marshmallows
Virtually anything you can put in your mouth.. cheese sauce goes with it.
two stabs of butter
two pinches of all purpose flour
a cup of milk
any cheese, any amount (this part is where you get creative)
a pinch of salt and pepper
melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat stir in the flour. it'll look all paste-y and fail like but dont be scared. its supposed to look like a weird paste mixture. pour the milk slowly don't over flood that paste and stir until it gets creamy. keep stirring and put the cheese and salt. keep stirring until it gets all thick and gooey and awesome. taste with either chips, fries or finger.
Ps: for another notch in awesomeness. use bacon lard instead of butter. and add tabasco and a little bit of beer in the mix
